In expert panels, public debates, and the media, we see far fewer female experts than how many of them actually exist. As a result, the voice of 50 % of the population is still not represented in discussions that fundamentally affect the lives of us all.
What can you contribute to?
In 2025, we want to develop the Database in the following ways:
We will expand the thematic areas covered by the experts in our database to include business, economics, and sustainability. By the end of the year, we would like to have 500 experts in the Database;
We will develop our website to make it as user-friendly as possible and to make it as easy as possible to find the most suitable expert for a given output;
Debates and conferences will be able to obtain certification from us proving that they comply with the principles of equal representation of women and gender diversity;
We will establish cooperation with ambassadors who will promote the mission of our project.
Equality between people is priceless, but running an online database with a portfolio of female experts does cost something.
And because we want to keep the database alive, we appreciate every contribution!

By contributing CZK 500, you will enable the processing of portfolios of 4 experts.
By contributing CZK 1,000, you will enable 1 month of database operation (hosting, backup, security, etc.).
